Who are the Toronto Master Gardeners?

Toronto Master Gardeners are skilled and proficient gardeners who look forward to opportunities to share their gardening knowledge. Visit our Gardening Questions & Answers Forum to ask a question.

Each Master Gardener provides more than 30 hours of volunteer time every year to help other gardeners solve problems and get ideas for their gardens. Master Gardeners have completed at least two years of training through the Independent Study Program from the University of Guelph and their learning continues through monthly meetings, yearly seminars and ongoing training.
