If you want to learn more about designing with flowers, either for your own enjoyment or for professional reasons, why not consider enrolling in our Floral Design Certificate program? We offer a series of hands-on
integrated courses, taught by Garden Club of Ontario accredited floral design judges.

The TBG Certificate in Floral Design requires 96 hours of instruction over no more than six years. Students successfully complete five mandatory courses (60 hours)
and an additional 36 hours drawn from a variety of electives and workshops.

Mandatory Floral Design Courses
(selections will vary from term to term)
Introduction to Floral Design - 12 hours
Basic Floral Design - 12 hours
Creative Design: From Traditional to Modern - 12 hours
Modern Floral Design - 12 hours
Miniature, Small and Large Floral Design - 12 hours
TOTAL MANDATORY CLASSES - 60 hours

• Sympathy/Tribute Design
• Table Designs
• Working with Colour

The Coordinator for the Floral Design Certificate Program is Margaret Taylor, an accredited floral design judge, teacher and demonstrator.

Registration
Those taking floral design courses who desire to participate in the certificate program must register with the TBG Program Coordinator. [Click here to download a printer-friendly registration form] The cost to enroll in the Program is $20, to be collected upon enrollment.

Please note that students are not required to be enrolled in the certificate program in order to take classes.
