Yoga Flow
Janet Croken
Combining different styles of yoga, Janet’s classes involve alignment, breath awareness and asanas (postures) that encourage a balance between endurance, strength and flexibility. Utilizing the breath to ease areas of tension and holding, she gently encourages students to listen to and
honour the body’s internal wisdom. For the beginner as well as the experienced student, this gentle class will stretch and invigorate your body. Please bring a yoga mat and small towel to class.
Pay by class fee is $20.

Tai Chi

Learn a series of exercises designed to show you how to slow down, listen and respond to your body and your environment. Slow movements will be taught to gradually build inner energy, known as chi, to loosen joints and build physical strength, concentration and mental relaxation. Loose fitting clothing, soft-soled shoes and a water bottle are recommended.
