Do you have a passion for the art and science of landscape design? The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education’s Certificate in Landscape Design enables experienced and budding landscape designers to plan and restore sustainable outdoor spaces.

This six course program offers a combination of lectures, field trips, and studios exploring design, plant materials, horticulture, construction, and
landscape ecology. Classes are held at the Toronto Botanical Garden, online by distance education, and on the Ryerson University campus.

  • The Making and Meaning of Landscape (CKLA 430)*
  • Digital Landscape Design (CKLA 440)
  • Landscape Restoration (CKLA 450)*
