TYPES OF EVENTS
EVENT SPACES
First, we
encourage you to review the Facility Rental Information Package which
has been designed to answer general questions and provide detailed information
about the spaces available.
When you've decided that the Toronto Botanical Garden fulfills your requirements,
please download the Rental Inquiry
Form, fill in your specific needs, and fax it to the Facility
Rental Office, at 416-397-1354. We will review your request and respond
as soon as possible.
If you would like to book a tour or would like to speak to someone in our Facility Rental Office, please contact one of our staff.

BOOKING
AND PAYMENT
In order to confirm your event a 50% deposit of the total rental fee is
required at the time of booking. A contract will be given to you with
details of your event. The signed contract and 50% deposit is required
to confirm booking. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the
total rental fee must be received thirty (30) days prior to the event
date. Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard or personal cheque.
